6. Delivery

Products purchased on www.patisworld.com are delivered only in Europe.

 

All deadlines announced are calculated in working days (subject to validation of your order by us). The delivery date is calculated taking into account the preparation and shipping times to which is added the delivery time of the carrier. It is possible to inform you of the delays by transport in the delivery tab.

 

The products are delivered to the delivery address you specified during the ordering process.

 

Fancy Cake can not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. from one of the carriers offered by the site.

 

Problems upon receipt of delivery

 

When receiving your package, you must:

 

Check the conformity of the delivered goods at the time of delivery.

No return of goods can be made by the Customer without the prior express written consent of Patisworld, obtained by email.

7. Delivery error or lack of a product

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, the consumer Purchaser has a withdrawal period of seven (7) working days from the date of delivery of his order.
